Beach Cart Checklist. Don't forget a thing!

Yay!!  It's time for a beach vacation! So let's start packing!

But what all do we need to pack for the beach this year?  That depends on your family.  Do you have small children, older kids, no kids, grandparents, friends and family, pets, or is it just the two of you?

You would be amazed at how complex or how simple your beach packing can be.  Let it be just what you need it to be in order for you to not worry, and spend quality time with yourself, your family and friends.

If you are a simple person and can fly by the seat of your pants without getting all stressed out, then all you need is a simple packing list and you are on your way.  If you forget something, oh well, just go get it or go without.  No big deal.

If you are the type of person who needs to pack for the "what if" situations in order to relax and have a good time, then create a more complex list.  This way you know you have planned for almost everything and you can now sit back and relax and enjoy the day at the beach!

Regardless of complexity you will undoubtedly need a beach bag.  This large canvas beach bag was in the 3rd CRNA Swag Summer box that shipped out in April

As a matter of fact you will need everything that was in that 3rd box.

A Studded Tumbler with a screw on lid and straw.  This is a must to keep the sand out of your drink.  And if it tips over then you won't lose your beverage.

A Microfiber suede beach towel.  If you don't have one or more of these then you need to find them asap.  They are so compact and absorbant that you can easily fit 6 in this beach bag and still have room for more stuff.

Next you need power!  When the pictures are snapping and music playing the battery can run down.  You don't want to miss that next picture.  So you need a compact power bank or two to throw into your bag to keep your phone charged.  This one was in the box.  It is a 5000 milliAmp power bank.  I am not an amperage nerd but I was told that it would charge a cell phone about 1.5 times.  Now that I understand!

The silky hair elixir you'll want to put into your hair to protect it from the harsh conditions of the sun, salt, and wind.  It is good for during and after as a conditioner.

There are some really cool beach ideas and items on pinterest for those who want to create their own checklist for going to the beach.

I'm sure you all have seen the great idea to add a king size fitted sheet to your list!  Why?  Because you can spread it out on the sand and put objects in the 4 corners to hold it open, like your cooler, a chair.  Then put your cabana over the top of it and violoa you have an area that is a sand free space for your baby to hang out!  Such a great idea!

Another great idea for the beverage cooler...pour isopropyl alcohol over your ice in your cooler.  Your sodas, adult beverages, kids pouches will be slushy!!  WARNING- YOU CANNOT EAT THAT ICE...WARNING YOU CANNOT EAT THAT ICE.  I cannot say it enough, you cannot eat that ice.  If you want ice for your beverage then you will need another cooler or don't use the alcohol trick!!

The last tip I have for you is to carry baby powder with you in your bag.  Why you ask?  Because when you are ready to go home for the day, dust your feet and legs with baby poweder and all of the sand magically falls away!  I wish I know this sooner!!

I have created a checklist of all the items to put in your cart to take down to the beach.  Click the link below to get your free copy.
