All shipments will be mailed out around the 15th of the quarterly renewal month, but are subject to change due to availability of product in this pandemic environment. As a subscriber, your orders will renew every 90 days, and shipped as stated above. All other store orders ship within 3-6 business days.
In a perfect world items typically take 4-10 business days to arrive once shipped. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, these shipping times are longer. Please be patient with the shipping services, as I am not Amazon so these shipments will take longer. Tracking information will be provided by email once your order ships. Shipments to the West coast Hawaii and Alaska and the North East will take longer.
Sales tax is not required to be collected in all states. If you live in a state that requires the collection of sales taxes, then you will see this amount at checkout. Tax amounts are based on your shipping location and vary by county. Our website automatically calculates sales tax when you enter a shipping location. International shipments may be subject to duties upon delivery.
First, create a store account by clicking here. Make sure to use the email address you used on your initial order. After creating a new store account, login and click “My Account” at the top of the page. When you login, you’ll see a list of recent orders. Here, you can cancel an order, view, or pay.
Of course you can cancel your subscription, as long as it is not already within the subscription re-ordering process or the product is readying for shipment. First, create a store account. Make sure to use the email address you used on your initial order. After creating a new store account, login and click "Manage Subscription". From there, you may cancel your subscription. You can also access "Manage Subscription" from your order confirmation email.
Unfortunately, not at this time. Since this is a brand new subscription box business, there is very little excess inventory. As we grow, you will see popular products start to appear in our store. There will also be a T-shirt subscription coming soon, and these will be sold individually in the store as well. Stay tuned!!
After your shipping label has been printed, you'll receive an email from us with tracking information. You may also obtain a tracking number by clicking “Order History” in the "My Accounts" links section. Once you sign in, you will see an order status and a tracking number.
The CRNA Swag box contains 3-7 items, depending upon the value of each item. These boxes are curated around a theme for a particular time of year, therefore, items will change with the seasons. There will be beach bags, bags of all kinds, health and beauty products, tumblers, jewelry, bath product, hats, scarves, and much more!
